Dear Mr. Dean,

     I'm writing this letter to you to request a change on my class schedule. There is a Fun Lunch for all ALP students on every Tuesday starting at 11am to 1pm. This lunch will present me with the apportunities to meet other students from different cultures and to meet new friends. I think meeting new friends and speaking with them will help me approve my English and getting ready for College Classes level. However, this time conflicts with my current schedule. I would like to request to change my schedule on Tuesday so that I can attend this fun and special lunch. Thank you for reading my request and I am looking forward to hear about your decision.
