My Favorite Movie

I like to watch movie whenever I have time. So, I have many favorite movies like Gone with the Wind, Romeo and Juliet, and The Parent Trap. However, The Parent Trap is the most favorite movie of me. It tells about twin sisters - Hallie Parker and Annie Jame. Their parents divorced and never saw each other again shortly after having the twins, and they each agreed to take one of them. Therefore, neither twin knows that the other exists. Hallie is growing up in the Napa Valley with her father who is a successful vineyard owner. Annie is a Londoner living with her wedding –gown-designer mother. One time, both the twins are sent to Camp Walden by Moose Head Lake in Maine to spend the summer. Next, they soon discover the secret that had been kept from them. They decide to work on a plan to switch places at the end of summer. They will be able to get to know the parent they had never met. The plan is successful. Hallie goes to England where she meets her mother. Annie assumes her sister’s identity and travels to California where she meets her father. Both girls speed up their plan to get their parents to rendezvous at the Stafford Hotel in San Francisco. They set up a first secret date for their parents on the Queen Elizabeth2. Their parents can’t remember why it was that they got divorced. Although, both their father and mother feel that reuniting would be impractical, despite their daughter’s efforts to recreate the former attachment between them. They plan to return to their respective lives, though plans are made to allow for the wins to spend holidays together throughout the year. Back in Napa, their father wants to marry with a stranger woman - Meredith. Two girls are furious so they play trick on Meredith such as irrelevant “trick to ward mountain lions, and even setting her air mattress afloat in the lake while she is sleeping. Thus, Meredith orders their father choose between marriage to her and the companionship of his daughters. The twins are relieved, believing that their opportunity to reunite their parents has risen. The film ends with their parents’ second wedding. I like this movie because it is very funny with many jolly circumstances. I love the personality of the twins who are so cute. I also like the way that they trick their fathers’ girlfriend. This movie tells us about family value that is very important with children live. They are the line to connect their parent together in all their life. In conclusion, The Parent Trap is my favorite movie.
